St. Louis, MO, (KMOX) – The St. Louis Cardinals and Carlos Beltran team up for a ticket promotion at the State Farm Home Run Derby at Kaufman Stadium.
For every home run that Carlos Beltran hits, fans can take $1 off Pavilion and Terrace level tickets currently priced at $20 for the Cardinals. The promotion will benefit fans for the Dodgers series, July 23-26th. That means that if Beltran hits 20 or more homers, the tickets will actually be free.
The State Farm Home Run Derby is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. CT Monday night, July 9th in Kansas City and will be telecast locally on ESPN. The ticket sale will take place on Wednesday, July 11th at 10 a.m. CT. The actual number of tickets available depends on the discount, but if tickets are free, the team will give away approximately 5,000 total tickets. There will be a limit of 4 discounted tickets per person.
