St. Louis, MO, (KMOX) – The St. Louis Cardinals and Carlos Beltran team up for a ticket promotion at the State Farm Home Run Derby at Kaufman Stadium.

For every home run that Carlos Beltran hits, fans can take $1 off Pavilion and Terrace level tickets currently priced at $20 for the Cardinals. The promotion will benefit fans for the Dodgers series, July 23-26^th.  That means that if Beltran hits 20 or more homers, the tickets will actually be free.

The State Farm Home Run Derby is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. CT Monday night, July 9^th in Kansas City and will be telecast locally on ESPN. The ticket sale will take place on Wednesday, July 11^th at 10 a.m. CT.  The actual number of tickets available depends on the discount, but if tickets are free, the team will give away approximately 5,000 total tickets.  There will be a limit of 4 discounted tickets per person.
