ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- Police in Kansas City are hoping their performance at the Major League Baseball All-Star game this week will prove they’re as capable as other “big-city” forces of handling high-profile events.

Tuesday will mark the first time in nearly 40 years the city has hosted the Midsummer Classic.
