Two Charged In St. Peters Jewelry Heist

ST. PETERS, MO (KMOX) He allegedly took over 100 gold and diamond rings from a St. Peters jewelry store at gunpoint. She allegedly pawned them off. Now, thanks to an anonymous tip both of them are in jail.
Police say 38-year-old Kenneth Crocker of St. Peters, who is already serving five years probation for a 2009 burglary conviction, has been charged with robbing Smith Jewelry and Coins on Old Highway 94 on June 25th.
His 29-year-old girlfriend Crystal Siefke, who police say was arrested for felony stealing at a Wal-Mart the day before the robbery, has been charged with receiving stolen property.
Officers found about 70 of the stolen rings at their home. They’re working with the pawn shops to recover the rest.
