ALTON, IL. (KMOX) - A Jerseyville Illinois man died in a two vehicle crash in Alton.
Police say 31 year old Aaron Summers was traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 140 when he hit a truck making a turn on Fosterburgh Road.
The truck driver was treated and released.
