Training camp kicks off soon for the Rams in Earth City. Our KMOX Sports Rams/NFL insider Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch will be there for all of action as the new regime led by head coach Jeff Fisher will hopefully turn things around for a franchise that’s won 15 games in the past five seasons. Jim joined Ron to find out if there’s any reason to be optimistic.

The second half of the 2012 season, which has been two games at this point, has been rough and tough for the Redbirds in Cincinnati. That’s where Ron heard from GM John Mozeliak. Find out how the new MLB collective bargaining agreement changes the incentive for a franchise, such as the Cardinals, to make a trade before the non-waiver deadline on July 31.
