ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -  A man was viciously assaulted and robbed early Tuesday morning in north St. Louis.

The victim told police he was in the 900 block of North Euclid just after 2:30 a.m. when he was approached by a man who stabbed him in the arm and shoulder.

A second man held the victim down while the first suspect stabbed him over and over again before taking his wallet.

The 34-year-old victim’s hospitalized in serious condition.

The attackers remain at large.
