BELLVIEW, Mo. (AP) – An eastern Missouri man is dead after his motorcycle struck a deer.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 57-year-old Carroll Wilcox of Festus died late Saturday night after his Harley-Davidson motorcycle struck a deer on Highway O in Iron County.

Wilcox was thrown from the motorcycle.
