ST. LOUIS (KMOX)–  MoDOT crews will close all lanes and ramps on westbound I-64 between Broadway and 21^st Street on the double deck structure Tuesday and Wednesday night starting at 8:30 p.m. to shift traffic onto newly resurfaced lanes.

Two lanes will reopen by 4 a.m. the following morning.

During the closure, ramps from 10^th and 14^th Street will only be open to westbound I-64 to allow Cardinal fans to return home after the games each night.

The detour for the closure is to take westbound I-44 to Jefferson and back to westbound I-64.

When westbound I-64 opens Thursday morning, traffic will be driving on the two left lanes, while the right lane will be closed.

Because the right lane will be closed, the ramps from 10^th Street and 14^th Street will be closed around the clock.

Traffic will need to use Pine Street, Jefferson Avenue or Market/Compton Interchange to access westbound I-64 from the city.

In addition, after Thursday,  westbound traffic will only be able to use the 9^th Street and 21^st/Market exits from westbound I-64 during the morning rush period.

Those ramps will be closed weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3 a.m. the following morning.
