Police arrested Kelley and say on July 18th  he entered an unlocked car, stole several items, including a hand-gun. Schoelhamer allegedly stored that weapon, and several other stolen items at a home in O’Fallon Missouri.

Some of the stolen property has been returned to victims, but police are still holding numerous items, waiting for owners to report the thefts.
