ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A plane carrying more than 100 troops from Fort Hood, Texas made an unexpected stop at Lambert International Airport Saturday morning.
It happened around 4:10 a.m. as the Delta Airlines flight was heading for Indianapolis. A Delta spokesman says a warning light came on, indicating possible engine problems, and the pilot showed caution in landing. No one was injured.
The plane was in maintenance to determine if it actually had engine problems.
