COTTLEVILLE, MO (KMOX) – The St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a drowning at a backyard pool in Cottleville.
The woman was found unconscious around eight p.m. Friday night in a pool behind a home in the 400 block of Waterway Drive. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The victim’s name has not been released.
