Mayor’s Brother Gets 30 Days In Drug Case
ST. LOUIS (AP)- A brother of St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 49-year-old Leo Slay pleaded guilty earlier to the charge and was sentenced last week in St. Louis Circuit Court. He’ll be screened for drug court Friday.
Leo Slay was charged in May. He is one of the mayor’s five brothers, and recently lived in south St. Louis County.
