WOOD RIVER, IL (KMOX) - The search is on in Wood River for a man who robbed the Laclede Community Credit Union this morning.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. at 211 Madison. Police say the man, dressed in a mask, gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants, displayed a handgun.

He fled on foot to an alley behind the bank, heading east.
