BELLEVILLE, IL. (KMOX) - An 18 year old Belleville teen has been arrested after he allegedly gave a synthetic drug to his 12 year old brother.
Police say the 12 year old overdosed after smoking the drug on Monday night in the one-thousand block of Cool Valley Drive.
An ambulance was called when the youth had a seizure. He was sent to a St. Louis Hospital and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services was notified.
