ST. CHARLES, MO. (KMOX) - A proposed smoking ban is likely to be on the ballot in St. Charles County in November. If the county executive approves, voters would have two choices: an all-out smoking ban or with compromises for places that don’t allow people under 21.
Also passed by the St Charles County Council, an issue that would let voters decide whether to create a county-wide police department that would take over many duties from the sheriff.
