ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-Charges have been filed against three young men involved in Wednesday’s shooting involving ATF agents in south St. Louis.
17-year-old Lorenzo Tate and 22-year-old Arlando Quarles are charged with second degree murder and attempted robbery. 17-year-old Demitirus Creighton faces an additional charge of assaulting an officer.
Investigators say the three and 18-year-old Myron Pollard met with an undercover officer on Iron near South Grand to commit an armed robbery involving the theft of controlled substances. When an ATF agent ordered the four out of their car, Creighton allegedly put it in reverse and tried to run over an agent. The agent opened fire killing Pollard and wounding one of the others.
