POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KMOX) - Police in southeast Missouri say a Poplar Bluff man is under arrest for allegedly threatening a probation officer in an Internet posting.
Twenty-five-year-old Joseph Osborn faces a felony charge of tampering with a judicial officer.
Poplar Bluff police say Osborn used Topix.com to post an extremely violent threat.
He’s now lodged in the Butler County Jail.
