Man Charged In Home Invasion Rape

BELLEVILLE, Ill. (KMOX) - A Belleville man faces four felony charges in a home invasion rape case.

Police say 24-year-old old Timothy Turner allegedly came to the residence of a 54-year-old Belleville woman on Friday and committed the crimes.

Turner is charged with three counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of home invasion.

A judge set his bond at $1 million.
