ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The operator of an in-home healthcare agency pleads guilty to ripping off Medicare.
51-year-old Rose Ray-Vasser with Blessed Hands Home Health Services in north St. Louis pled guilty Tuesday to felony health care fraud.
