Man Flashes Student, Then Runs Naked Through UMSL Campus

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — There’s a flasher on the loose at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

UMSL police say a man exposed himself to a female student Thursday around noon in a 2nd floor hallway of Clark Hall.

The student told police the man asked for the restroom, then where he could register for classes, then if he could masturbate, then he took his clothes off.

Campus officials say he ran away, but the woman chased the man through campus and past the student center until she couldn’t see him anymore. She then called police.

Police say the man was wearing a Vaterott College shirt, and is described as an African-American in his twenties, 5’7″ with dreadlocks. There are surveillance cameras on campus, but none in the location where the crime occurred.

If you have any information, you’re asked to call UMSL Police at 314-516-5155.
