A 23-year-old suspect has been arrested in the stabbing death of a woman whose body was found in the basement of a home in Sikeston.
Police say the body was that of of 28-year-old Danielle Keown.
The Southeast Missourian reports that it appears she died the night before during a domestic dispute.
