BELLEVILLE, IL. (KMOX) – A Belleville man has multiple weapons charges against him after allegedly firing at a passing car from a gas station parking lot.
It happened Monday at a B-P Station on Carlyle Avenue in unincorporated Belleville.
Witnesses helped police identify 22 year old Courtney Darris who was arrested shortly after the incident.
A search warrant on his apartment turned up a semi-automatic pistol and live ammunition. Suspected cannabis was also found.
Darris is being held on $50,000 bond.
