The name has been released of the man who died Friday night when his vehicle jumped a fence and slammed into an apartment building.
It happened at Hall Street and Thrush in the city.
The residents of the apartment got out safely but the building was heavily damaged.
Killed in the crash was 42-year-old Anthony Brock who lived near the scene.
