EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KMOX) - An East St. Louis man is the city’s latest murder victim. Police are searching for his wife in the case.
Officers were called to a home in the 1900 block of Gay Avenue, Saturday afternoon, to investigate a domestic battery.
They found a 44-year-old man. He had been stabbed multiple times.
Police have not released the name of the victim or his wife.
