EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KMOX) — Four teenagers are among the first arrests under the new anti-crime curfew in East St. Louis.

Mayor Alvin Parks says three girls and one boy were arrested Friday night when they were attempting to break into a home near 15th and Missouri.

Parks says the officer who caught them was on assignment and looking for minors breaking curfew.
