CLAYTON, MO (KMOX)-A charge has been filed in Friday night’s hit and run accident in Pagedale that killed a four-year-old boy and seriously injured his ten-year-old brother.

54-year-old Ricky Weeden is charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident. More charges could be filed after the case goes before the St. Louis County grand jury.

Weeden allegedly hit Trayeshon Williams and Jayshard Conner as they tried to cross St. Charles Rock Road at Salerno drive. Williams died on the scene. Conner’s in a hospital.

Investigators say they found the Silverado that hit the boys at Weeden’s home on San Francisco Avenue in St. Louis on Sunday.
