WASHINGTON COUNTY, IL (KMOX) - Kelvin Swingler, 29, was first reported missing from his St. Louis home on August 25 by his mother. His body was found nearly a month later along I-64 in Washington County, Illinois.
Washington County Police say Swingler was the victim of an apparent homicide.
They, along with the St. Louis Metro Police Department, will investigate further.
