ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) - Today is the last day of registration for the St. Louis startup weekend.

This is a weekend-long seminar that helps people network and start their own small business.

The web site for the event boasts that it can help you start your own business in just 54 hours.One of the event organizers Kevin Farrell says the event helps startups build a team to get their businesses going.

Teams will pitch their ideas and then compete for who has the best business plan. Judges will be industry experts.

The weekend costs 95 dollars.
