BELLEVILLE, IL (KMOX)-Three adults and a juvenile are in custody this morning.for a Friday night Belleville carjacking.

Police tell us that at about 8:30 last night a 16-year-old girl went to the home of a man she knew in the 200 block of Hillwood and asked for a ride for her, another girl and a young man.   Investigators say that while he was giving them that ride they beat him and stole his car.

The vehicle was found later near 25th and State in East St. Louis. Police there took a fourth suspect in custody.

Charges could be filed later today.
