ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – Police have identified the man who died when his vehicle struck a fence in north St. Louis early Sunday morning.
28 year-old Troy Lee was driving a truck near the intersection of East Grand and Hall Street early around 3 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle.
His truck then slammed into a pillar in front of Bissell Point Water Works Facility and burst into flames.
