DELLWOOD (KMOX) - Earon A. Rivers, 17, of the 10000 block of Bon Oak Dr. in St. Louis, has been charged with one count of murder in the second degree, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of robbery in the first degree.
A bond was not set in this case.
Police said yesterday that they had arrested at least four suspects.
Officers responded to the 10100 block of Saffron Drive in Dellwood around 7 p.m. and found Brian Johnson, 39, of St. Louis dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
“When they arrived, they find an Imo’s Pizza delivery driver slumped at the wheel with a gunshot wound underneath his left arm and armpit,” St. Louis County Officer Randy Vaughn said.
The driver had apparently been robbed of his cell phone and two pizzas before being fatally shot.
The arrests of three adults and one juvenile were made on Baron in the Castle Pointe neighborhood.
