LAKE ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Six robbery suspects were rounded up Friday, but not before police had to chase them down and taser one of them

They were spotted trying to steal items from a Lake St. Louis business and fled the store when police were called.

The suspects took off in two cars.  One hit a Lake St. Louis squad car. Another crashed on Highway 40 near Mason Road.

One suspect jumped out and tried to steal the car of a passing motorist.  He was tased.  Eventually all six were arrested.

They are believed to be connected to other robberies in the area.
