ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-The city of St. Louis is getting high marks for the way it treats the LGBT community.

In fact, in the Human Rights Campaign’s first ever Municipal Equality Index, St. Louis is one of 11 cities to score 100 percent.

The index rates cities based on 47 criteria including laws, employment practices, relationship recognition and municipal leadership.
