First Bank Robbed in Wentzville

WENTZVILLE, Mo. (KMOX) — Police are looking for a man in brown glasses who held up a Wentzville area bank Monday.

Officials say a black man, approximately 30 years old walked in to the First Bank at 1526 S. Service Rd. around 9:30 a.m. and gave the teller a note.

He’s described as being 6′ to 6’3 and weighting 180 to 200 pounds.

At the time of the robbery he was wearing a black stocking hat, black gloves, long sleeve white t-shirt, grey sweatpants, black tennis shoes and brown framed glasses.

First Bank 6A vehicle of interest seen in the area at the time of the robbery has been identified and detectives are looking for information on the vehicle described as a 1990s model yellow, two-door Chevrolet Cavalier with yellow rims.
