ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — St. Louis city police say a Sunday night shooting in the 2700 block of Howard leaves a man in critical condition.
Officers say the 25-year-old victim has a gunshot wound on his lower back.
Witnesses say the man got caught in the crossfire of two groups firing at each other.
A second shooting Sunday night, just minutes after the one on Howard, happened in the 3700 block of South Grand.
Police say the 21-year-old victim was shot once in the thigh at a bus stop.
His injury is not believed to be life-threatening.
