Hancock and Kelley: Gun rights, Tea Party comeback and local man stops grocery theft

Joyce Lee Malcolm is a professor of law at George Mason University Law School. She has authored several books including “Guns and Violence: The English Experience.” She joins the show to discuss her cautionary tale of gun control in The Wall Street Journal.
