St. Louis, MO (KMOX)–The FBI and St. Louis Police are looking for a suspect who held up the PNC Bank on North Grand Ave. Saturday morning. Investigators say the suspect used a note, but did not show or imply he had a weapon. Apparently the dye pack in the bag exploded while the suspect was leaving the scene. He’s described as black male wearing a turquoise coat covered in dye stains.
