DES PERES, MO (KMOX) - Des Peres Police say the man who robbed the U.S. Bank in the Schnucks at Manchester and Ballas late this morning was the same man who robbed the same bank on November 7th.
But this time he wasn’t wearing a woman’s wig.
Des Peres Police Captain Charles Milano says the man waited around for the lines to go down, then handed a teller a threatening note.
“He did not imply that he had a weapon and did not make any gestures like he had a weapon but he implied, by the note, that there could possibly be harm if he didn’t get what he wanted,” Milano said.
Milano says the suspect is a five-foot-seven-inch, roughly 27-year-old black man. He was wearing a dark brown jacket, dark brown pants, a stocking cap and large black sunglasses.
