JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) — A 19-year-old Festus man has been charged in a pair of break-ins at Jefferson County businesses.
Andrew Dobbs is accused of smashing out a window at the One Stop on Highway 67 in the early morning hours of January 3rd.
Deputies responding to an alarm located Dobbs in some nearby woods and he reportedly confessed to the break-in at One Stop, as well as one at the Two Car Guys auto dealership earlier that morning.
