Union, MO-(KMOX)– Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies get two for the price of one Saturday. It started with the search for a male suspect wanted for two assaults in Sullivan.

Police on the ground and in the air eventually spotted the man and he was taken into custody, but a helicopter unit also spotted two men on an ATV acting suspiciously. When they spotted police, THEY took off. Officers searching on the ground captured one of the men at an active meth lab. He was arrested on drug charges. His accomplice remains at large.
