CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) — Enrollment is up at Southeast Missouri State University.
The Cape Girardeau-based university says first-day spring semester enrollment was up 3.4 percent. Classes began on Monday.
The university reports it had 10,502 total students to start the semester, compared with 10,154 at the start of the 2012 spring semester. The biggest rise is in international students, with 813 this semester compared with 624 a year ago.
