Homeless Advocate Larry Rice to Begin 28 Hour Protest

CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) — Homeless advocate Reverend Larry Rice will start a 28 hour picket outside the St. Louis County Government building in Clayton.

Rice says the county has to address the growing homeless problem and stop ‘dumping’ the homeless downtown.

The picket starts at 11 Thursday morning.
