ST. LOUIS (AP) – St. Louis police are investigating nearly a dozen car burglaries that occurred on a parking lot of the St. Louis Zoo.

The break-ins happened Friday night as several Girl Scout troops were at the zoo for a campout. Police say thieves took, among other things, electronics, purses and clothing.
