EDWARDSVILLE, IL. (KMOX) - A Bunker Hill Illinois man has been charged with bringing contraband into a prison.
22 year old Taylor Tholin was arrested on an outstanding Retail theft warrant.
During a jail search Deputies discovered a hypodermic syringe and several capsules containing suspected heroin residue hidden inside the lining of his coat.
