ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A suspect being held in a Florida jail is charged in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy in Ferguson.

Charges have been filed against 39-year-old Corey McClendon. He’s accused of dragging the boy into a stairwell and assaulting him in December, 2011.

McClendon is being held in the Palm Beach County jail on a grand theft charge.

He’s also charged with rape in San Bernardino, California for a 2005 assault there.
