O’FALLON, Mo. (KMOX) - An O’Fallon Missouri man is in custody for stealing from vacant foreclosed homes.
Police say 23-year-old Joshua Middleton is responsible for more than two dozen burglaries in O’Fallon and the surrounding area.
Police say they put out a plea to citizens to watch for any suspicious activity and it paid off. Someone spotted a man looking in the windows of vacant home then leaving in a truck.
Police located Middleton who admitted to burglarizing vacant foreclosed homes. He’s been charged with 27 counts of burglary, some including copper.
