ST. CHARLES COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will host an open house style public meeting regarding reconstruction of the Interstate 70 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive interchange.
MoDOT is proposing to build a diverging diamond interchange (DDI), similar to the DDI at the Interstate 270 and Dorsett Road interchange in Maryland Heights. The project also includes the construction of an additional westbound I-70 lane between Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Route 79.
The public meeting will take place tonight from 4-7 p.m. at the St. Peters City Hall, One St. Peters Centre Blvd.
Those attending this open house style meeting can see construction plans and discuss the project’s impacts with MoDOT engineers. Participants will be able to submit comments about the plans, the schedule, and possible impacts during the public meeting.
Since there are no formal presentations during the public meeting, participants may attend at any time during the open house.
