ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KMOX) - St. Louis County police are investigating another pizza delivery robbery.
In this instance, the driver was delivering in the 10300 block of Lord Drive in North County about 10:30 last night.
The driver says a man asked for a cigarette, then pulled out a gun and robbed him. The driver was not hurt.
North St. Louis and parts of St. Louis County have witnessed a string of robberies targeting pizza delivery drivers. Two drivers were killed last year in robberies, prompting St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch to use undercover officers posing as delivery drivers in an attempt to catch would-be robbers.
