Missouri American Water Worker Struck, Injured While Repairing Break

BRENTWOOD, Mo. (KMOX) – Police investigating the cause of an overnight accident involving a Missouri American Water worker.

Authorities tell KMOX the male victim was working on a water main at Brentwood and Manchester around 1 a.m. Friday when he was hit by a van.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the driver of the vehicle involved was questioned by police at the scene.
