WASHINGTON (KMOX) - Pat Quinn: Porker of the Year for 2012?

The non-partisan, non-profit group Citizens Against Government Waste says the Illinois governor is among the finalists for the dubious honor.

The Chicago Democrat was picked by group staffers who slam him for hinting that he may ask for a federal bailout of the state’s troubled pension system.
